Speed of Modern Times...

...yup, I get into some of the weirdest more self-hating moods when I actually have time to think, like this 5 day weekend for instance...thanks to T-day (which can be translated to either Turkey Day or Thanksgiving).

But there is nothing better to cheer people up than to listen to songs that are playing at an abnormally fast speed, especially songs that are either rap-ish (not rap, but rap-ish...Linkin Park, Gorillaz, etc...) or pretty fast already (like Sic Transit Gloria...Glory Fades)

We wrote a poem in class today about T-day, and I wouldn't read it aloud, but a friend did and the teacher though it was 'very beautiful' and she told me to be sure to share it at T-day...to which I said 'thanks, I'll do that,' in an almost mocking tone, but the kind of tone which proves nothing while hinting at everything...yeah...

I have a much needed break from homework, having only 2 questions and a couple projects to work on (which consequently aren't due when we go back, thank god)

...people think my brother is hot, which is funny, but the sad thing is that by being his sister I cannot voice such opinions should I feel them...which I-- don't.
